Can I see the pet portrait before printing?
Yes, Crown and Paw offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 1-2 days after placing your order. Request any edits or approve for printing and shipping.
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue we'll contact you via email to request more photos of your fur baby.
The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash), and at eye-level with your pet.
What if I don't like my pet portrait?
If you don't like your custom artwork we will edit it as per your requests. We print once you tell us you're happy.
Do you ship worldwide?
